How to get to Camp on the Boulder
- Traveling on I-90, take the first exit to Big Timber, westbound exit 370 (about 80 miles from Billings) or eastbound exit 367 (about 60 miles from Bozeman).
- Turn south on McLeod Street in the middle of town. Follow McLeod Street south out of Big Timber. You will cross over I-90. It will become the Boulder Road, a highway, going up the Boulder River Valley. At mile 16 you will pass a small town of McLeod. At mile 26 you will pass Natural Bridge, and the road becomes gravel. At mile 39 you will be at the Camp! RVs please stop before you get to the dining hall and find someone to direct you. (Total drive is approximately 1 hour from Big Timber, 2.5 to 3 hours from Billings or 2 to 2.5 hours from Bozeman.)
